Style is arguably the main driver here, crafted to a fresh and zesty expression with crunchy apple and squeezed over lemon juices – virtually Riesling-esque – tangy with floral spice aromatics adding interest in the nose and palate, which has plenty of energy and bounce with just enough weight and texture to let the wine gather momentum while keeping the finish lingering.
