Little Giant Hairy Nose Pinot Noir 2025

Wombats are the overall theme with these wines. This is an excellent value Pinot Noir from South Australian fruit. Crimson/cerise in colour, this has a vibrant nose, utterly alluring, with notes of cherries, milk chocolate, gently smoked meats and mulberries. The darker fruits emerge more on the palate. There is a supple and appealing texture here through to the silky tannins, with very good length. For drinking over the next six to eight years, it provides a level of pleasure well in excess of its price.
