Longboard Pinot Noir

Wild hibiscus, picked raspberries and Alpine strawberries. Lavender, thyme and rosemary leaf. Turned earth and terra cotta. Enoki mushroom and cassia bark. A crunch of Gala apple acidity and fine powdery tannins. There is a plummy feel to the middle palate and lovely elegant structure. A very good wine for the price tag. Drink now with stuffed field mushrooms and garlicky breadcrumb topping.
