Mandoon Estate Old Vine Shiraz 2019

Soft, generous and seductive, this is from old vines planted in 1955. And they really pump some quite beautiful fruit into this excellent little wine. It’s been treated rather traditionally which helped bring out the natural characters of the Swan Valley. The flavours are full, soft, and round with some nice blue fruit flavours augmented with a light dab of French oak. There is a brightness and energy in the palate which takes it to another level.
