Maxwell Minotaur Reserve Shiraz 2022

A super wine that speaks so much of McLaren Vale. Loaded with masses of opulent dark Shiraz fruits revealing syrupy dark chocolate, ripe plum and a little liqueur black cherry. The flavour profile is dense and concentrated with lashings of opulent super saturated fruit flavours washing through. The use of French oak has added another level of complexity and structure to a wine that offers so much either now or over an extended period.
