This is a sophisticated take on Italian Pinot Grigio Rosé that is savoury, subtle and very drinkable although don’t enjoy it too cold or you will miss out on all the fun. It offers up pretty aromas of peach skin and florals with touches of earth and spice, all subtly layered and building in the glass. Then a bone dry palate delivers generous levels of flavour and a creamy textural feel before a savoury finish. If only all Italian Grigio was this good……
