Dried hay, winter melon and star fruit. Lemon cream pie, apricot and yellow plum. Long stretched acidity with nuances of sea spray and almond shell. The wine also manages to hit the mark on the marriage of oiliness and thirst quenching freshness. Well handled and ready to drink now or will cellar 2-4 years. A great wine for poached chicken white gravy dinners.
