Named ‘Ink’ after its colour. A mix of sweet fruit and savoury notes lift from the glass; ripe plum, blackberry, and mulberry are followed by black olive, tobacco and mocha. The palate is medium-to-full bodied with a burst of sweet, ripe fruit – plum, blackberry, and cassis are wrapped up in mocha-laced tannins and cleansing acidity. It’s full fruited, varietal, and a very good drink at the price point.
