Millon The Impressionist Riesling 2023

Blue river stones, lime blossom and white pear flesh. Star fruit, kiwi and lemon lime cordial. A touch of interplay with fruit sweetness and salt spray salinity in this vintage, which makes it stand out with character. Oyster shell, sandstone and pomelo flesh. Succulent, additive and intriguing. Drink now and will cellar well for another 5-10 years. A wonderful pairing for Thai fish cakes with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
