This deliciously fine and detailed Hunter Semillon shows classic sunflower soap, lanolin, hay and citrus aromas that are piecing and fine. Quite textural in style, flavours are well focussed with saline and citrus flavours, tart acidity helping to underpin a finish of decent length.
