The 2023 Quintet is classy but understated offering up gravel and blackcurrant aromas with good purity and a lining of dried herbs, with high quality oak adding definition. A mid-weight Claret style with powdery tannins and fresh acidity that is charming if understated which build to drive a long, fine finish. An elegant Mt Mary Quintet to enjoy over the medium term.
