Mumm Tasmania Brut Prestige NV

Share

An impressive start to Mumm’s new foray into Australia that is perfectly pitched and sure to appeal to Mumm fans. Beautifully bright and fresh, it delivers piercing aromas of citrus and florals before moving into touches of brioche, nougat and biscotti with Tassie purity in spades. A crisp palate follows with a gentle creaminess to the texture before a silky although slightly short finish. I think we are going to see a lot more Aussie Mumm.
