Sometimes durif will polarize people. Yet this one will have everyone applauding in unison. Oodles of dark brambly chocolaty fruit with a decent combination of oak and firmish tannins. Its rich and powerful in the middle palate but there is a dry chalky finish which completes it perfectly.
