Nerissimo Primitivo Salento 2022

In Australia we know this as Zinfandel, it’s a native of Puglia and produces lovely generous red and black fruit characters. The tannins are quite subdued, allowing the fruit to present with its generous supple flavoursome characters. It’s soft and quite supple with just a faint balancing hint of bitterness on the finish to complete a tidy package.
