This 2021 vintage is a more herbal scented and supple vintage from Cath Oates with an almost claret
feel to it with layers of black and green olive aromas with a strong serve of dried herbs. Tight and firm with fresh acidity, it is a little angular as a youngster and needs time to flesh out and show its best.
