Oliver’s Taranga Anfore Fiano 2025

Share

A ramped-up style of Fiano. Beeswax, yellow apple skin and macadamia cream. It’s waxy and dense, with aromas that roll seamlessly onto the palate. A broader expression — textural and leaning into the riper fruit spectrum — then hugged by some lees work and time in terracotta amphora (hence the name). A flow of fresh-water rocks and nutty grip closes it out. Plenty of stuffing in this one.
