Small Batch number 17866. Like an early morning dive into the ocean, the nose is a refreshing dip into lime blossom, briny ocean spray, crushed limestone, a little beeswax and some evocative honeysuckle sweetness. The palate doesn’t disappoint, with plenty of fruit weight, layered phenolics, crisp stone fruit notes and zippy fresh acid skirting over the tongue. This is everything you’d hope a glass of Aussie Vermentino to be. Fresh, textural, fun, and with some fab length too. Take another sip.
