Omrah Cuvée Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV

This is a super value sparkling wine, displaying a rich- initially, on the nose, some nice bready, cashew-like characters, and then a palate that suggests a little fruit, but holds it with restraint in a typical sparkling wine fashion. Has a nutty richness, and is quite brilliantly textured. It’s a wine that delivers all you’d want at this price point, and then a little bit more.
