Otronia I Pinot Noir 2019

Pinot Noir may very well prove to be the standout wine for Bodegas Otronia although these are distinctly savoury and earthy styles. It’s youthful, brooding and energetic with layers of violet and stalky spice aromas underpinned by exuberant cherry and raspberry fruits. It fleshes out more on the palate with impressive concentration underpinned by fine acidity. Delicious now but will be better with a couple more years in bottle.
