This wine is a little bigger than the other Ottelia whites as it has been crafted with fruit from Robe and Mount Gambier. The cold local climate though still makes it really more framed in the lighter grigio style. It shows pretty pear, musk and citrus fruits which lead to a bright, fresh and slightly textural palate, making for an attractive, food-friendly style for dishes such as salt and pepper scallops.
