Paddington Lane No. 3 Soft Rosé 2023

To suggest that this rosé is sweet does it a bit of disservice. Yes, you will notice a degree of gentle sweetness, but it arrives in tandem with an utterly delicious juiciness that rocks! It’s just one fine detail in a rich embroidery of some pretty sophisticated flavours and sensations. Cherry, red berry fruits are lit up in light floral aromatics and musk aromas. A blend of Limestone Coast Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the palate comes into its own thanks to the forementioned juiciness courtesy of zippy acidity. Bring on some spicy Thai food and enjoy.
