Paracombe Caretaker Cabernet 2018

A single vineyard Cabernet that shows the Adelaide Hills should not be overlooked for quality Cabernet. So much is happening here. It’s generous and concentrated with a structure and weight that points to its cooler climate origins. Aromas of blackcurrant and licorice with a decent dollop of dark chocolate. A light floral fragrance lifts the palate which is seamlessly integrated with a core of oak and tannin holding the line through to the long finish.
