Pasha Shiraz 2019

This is a most impressive Shiraz from McLaren Vale. It’s structured and already complex, yet it presents with such poise. Aromas of dark chocolate and coffee grinds permeate the primary plummy fruit characters. It’s had 24 months in a mix of French and American oak, yet there is no suggestion of excessiveness. In fact, it is evident that this wine needed it thanks to its focused and very long palate.
