This 2021 Passel Estate Shiraz is Seductive, vintage-inspired and dedicated to being an enjoyable drink. Cocoa powder, plum pudding and chocolate bullets. It flows easily and has the ability to deliver joy without asking you to overthink it. In the mouth, it’s delicate and chewy, with plucked rose petals, black cherry skins and pink peppercorns.
