Sourced from the best 10-12 rows of Shiraz off Penny’s Hill Estate vineyards, this is a decadent 2020 Shiraz with lashings of chocolate, beef stock, soy sauce and Asian spice aromas amply supported by small French oak maturation, 40% of which was new. Dense and ripe, it offers up powerful liquorice and blackberry in a bold and flavoursome package before finishing long and strong, with chiselled tannins providing at least a decade of drinking pleasure.
