Petaluma B&V Vineyard Shiraz 2021

A stylish and elegant expression of Adelaide Hills Shiraz that displays some of the cool climate spicy pepperiness, yet beneath is a wine bursting with generous, dark fruit flavours. Loads of red berry and dried herbs on the nose with a chalky tannin and fine oak supporting core. The finish is dry with a savoury sage-like edge that begins to open up with breathing and reveal some attractive, sweet fruit flavour.
