Peter Lehmann Barossan X Twisted Shiraz 2022

Share

Shiraz with a twist of Tempranillo. Matured in a mix of French and American new and seasoned Hogsheads for 6 months. A core of raspberry compote surrounded by black cherry and blackberries. Oak shows in clove, woodsy herbs and classic baking species. Nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla pod. Quite sultry on the palate with soft tannins and matching acidity. This is pretty nifty with the smoothness of palate its highlight. Drink now with a peppered Mongolian lamb stir fry.
