Pikes The Merle Riesling 2024

Such a fine and delicately presented Riesling, yet one with a deep and lingering intensity. High-end florals on the nose with a subtle water cracker character. The palate generates pace and drive as it extends to a very long lively finish. The crisp and dry palate feel is supplemented with a nice textural character. Made the same way as the Traditionale but it is a selection from the best parts of the Pike’s vineyard at Polish Hill River.
