Pipers Tasmania Pinot Gris 2024

Share

Poached pears in syrup, ginger skin and Poire William. A hint of fresh linen and white pepper. Flavours remain true to their enticing aromas with a good dollop of middle palate flesh. Some nice cumin and parsnip root spice. The skins are well worked to showcase some grippy texture that is threaded through the line of the palate. All in all a very nice Pinot Gris to have with seafood, whiting or flathead on an autumn day. A real crowd pleaser.
