Pirramimma The Earl Shiraz 2021

A glorious statement of a great vintage. Power, poise and purpose define a wonderfully crafted Shiraz. Pounces with energy revealing black cherry, dark plum and a little spice on the nose. The palate is pure elegance, but at the same time, there is a deep and penetrating intensity. A wine that will happily handle extended cellaring, but it has such precise balance now that it’s a beautiful current drink.
