Pirramimma Trademark Limited Edition Shiraz 2022

Matured in American oak and from yet another very fine vintage from the McLaren Vale region, the colour here is an inky dark maroon. The wine is powerful and yet well balanced at all times, with a creamy texture and very good length. We have notes of chocolate, coffee beans, cassis, beef stock, black fruits and freshly dug beetroot. Also, a touch of vanilla from the oak. Good focus and direction with silky tannins and a lingering finish. So much to like here. This will drink beautifully over the next ten to twenty years.
