Vickery Eden Valley Riesling 2024

Yellow guava, pomelo juice and white pear flesh. Squeezed limes and zest play well against the gentle tropical fruits that are overlain by sandstone, dry river stones and coconut water. The salinity and power of Eden is immediately appealing here with some orange oil and grated almond creaminess. The wine finishes dry with an enticing oily richness. This certainly can be enjoyed alone but would soar with a hot potato scallop and flakey white fish.
