Queen of the Earth Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Share

Queen of the Earth is the name of a major Margaret River cave, just 6kms from the Flowstone vineyard, noted for its beautiful crystalline formations. It is the name given to the company’s best wines of which this Sauvignon Blanc is definitely one. Depth, concentration and complexity are its hallmarks. Combines the brightness of citrus with the scent of aromatic herbs including bergamot and elderflower with pea shoot and ginger. Weaves a wonderful mix of fruits, herbs and gingery spice as it works its way across the tongue before finishing with a sweet lemon balm, pastille finish.  Breezy in acidity and nicely textural before finishing fine.
