Richard Hamilton Les Collines Pinot Gris 2021

Share

Fantastic to see a brand like Richard Hamilton stepping out of the box with this Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris. Onion skin pink, yes pink thanks to some time on grape skins, it shows some beautifully exotic and perfumed pear and floral aromas that are vibrant – you almost can’t help but dive in for a second look. The palate is then dry and fresh with some textural richness but the overriding impression is its youthful vitality which is driven by that tangy acidity. A tasty food style best matched with Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
