From a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills north-east district of Kenton Valley, this wine receives a range of vinifications with different yeasts in various batches, half wild fermented and 8-9 months maturation in 25% new French oak which brings a supportive woody spice to the wine’s grilled peach and lime curd set of flavours, all neatly balanced in palate weight with decent citrus freshness. Satisfying varietal pleasure, excellent length and texture and dining companionship assured.
