A deep straw colour, with the merest hint of grey/pink as often happens with this grape. This is a refined style of Pinot Gris with notes of pears, a hint of florals and peaches and a little touch of crisp, green apples. There is excellent balance and very good persistence, enjoy this any time over the next four years. This is always an impressive example of what Pinot Gris can achieve, and this latest release is no different.
