Riversdale Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Greengage plums, kiwi and a touch of blackberry gums. The wine teeters on tropical but is pulled back with lime skin and Bickford cordial vibes. Naturally high acidity interplays well with the spectrum of fruit, yellow, green, saffron. There is excellent delivery of promised fruit with a fairly dry finish and some talcy, powdery texture that ensures this wine can handle richer meats, creamy sauces and fresh cheeses. Any Savvy Bee drinker would be impressed and so too would white drinkers across the board. Freshness and fruit personified. Layered and detailed. Drink now or will cellar for another 2-3 years.
