Rotari Sparkling Rose 2014

From Trento high up in the Italian Dolomite Mountains comes this delicious Sparkling Italian Rose. Made from pinot noir and chardonnay and using the traditional method, as is found in Champagne, it is a pale salmon pink in colour and quite fruity in style.
