From Trento high up in the Italian Dolomite Mountains comes this delicious Sparkling Italian Rose. Made from pinot noir and chardonnay and using the traditional method, as is found in Champagne, it is a pale salmon pink in colour and quite fruity in style. It has layers of sweet strawberry and raspberry fruit plus touches of pastry complexity. It is then dry and crisp on the palate with an elegant style and a lingering finish.
