Captures the milder and more restrained elements of the 2017 vintage in Margaret River. Leafy black olive and blackcurrant on the nose are pure varietal cabernet. The medium bodied palate has a minerally ironstone thread with chalky tannins and muted oak. Effortlessly long and stylish wine. Like so many of these 17s, an extra year brings another dimension.
