The 2021 Lone Goose Shiraz co-fermented with 3% Viognier is charming offering up aromas of cocoa, tar and roasted meats topped with crushed clove and cedary oak. Compact with satin laced textures and well focussed dark berry flavours topped by dry spices, the wine is underpinned by well entrenched and balanced tannins with dusty oak tones to finish.
