Sidewood Oberlin Pinot Noir 2022

Share

One of three single clone Pinot Noir variations in the Sidewood stable – a rare treat for those enamoured by the variety. A more delicate expression here, whole bunch reduced to just 10%, new oak just 15%. While the Pinot fruit notes are undeniable, the difference here lies in the roundness of palate shape and the way the wine circulates, releasing subtle feels of sweeter spice, gently colouring in the whole picture of this specific clone. A wine of nuance yet endlessly compelling.
