Moss Brothers Moses Rock Chardonnay 2025

A fresh and youthful Chardonnay from the Margaret River region, the team look to combine fermentation in both stainless steel and French oak barriques. Maturation is for six months. A pale shimmering lemon hue, this is dense and yet fresh and rather succulent. There is a very gentle touch of oak helping to provide direction and the nose gives aromas of florals, lemons and stone fruits with a flick of ginger. There is impressive length here and the intensity is maintained for the full journey. The palate sees the emergence of peaches, a touch of nectarines and hints of apricot skins. Good acidity keeps proceedings fresh. Enjoy this over the next six years.
