Deep opaque in colour, it is chock-a-block full of bright, vibrant fruits – blackberry jam and liquorice allsorts which are topped off with dark earthy savoury tones that lift it high – this is one serious shiraz. In the mouth that fruit brightness hits the accelerator, with fleshy blackberries and attractive cocoa tones underpinned by soft tannins before quite a long and powerful finish. It is a triumph for easy drinking, preservative free shiraz.
