Seppeltsfield Great Terrace Vineyard Grenache 2020

Share

This is a super exciting release. This vineyard was planted in 1855 and then replanted in 1958 with original cuttings. The wine was fermented in the old 1888 gravity cellar, which is just perfect for the gentle extraction required to present Grenache at its best. Aromas of bright red fruits showing raspberry and a little cranberry while the palate is spicy and delightfully lively. A wine of polish and poise. I just love Grenache presented this way. One glass is simply not enough…but then is it ever.
