Quite a classic Western Barossa Shiraz from 2021 with a dense core of muscular fruit and tannins – roasted meats, baked earth, blackberry and chocolate aromas are offset by classy oak. Bold flavours follow that retain impressive composure over a long, sustained and brooding finish. Excellent now but will be a star in time.
