The traditional Rhône blend done Barossa style, with the fruit spending some time maturing in large format French oak and Grenache the dominant variety. A deep red hue, the wine offers aromas weaving through warm earth, dried herbs, aniseed, soy, cloves and redcurrants. With a soft texture but quite firm tannins and juicy flavours, this is rather delicious and would be ideal for a good steak thats to both length and balance. Enjoy it now and any time over the next six to ten years.
