Silkwood Estate The Bowers Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc, this is a very pale lemon hue, though beautifully bright. The wine is fresh and clean, minerally, with grass and gooseberries. A lovely style that is quite classic. It is a wine of medium length with a fine flick of vibrant acidity. Enjoy it now and over the next couple of years.
