This was a product of a cool wet year, and yet it has emerged triumphantly as a delicious example of a mature Australian Riesling. The cooler Adelaide Hills are ideal for this style which is now showing the deeper colours of age and the lightly buttered toast and lime of a mature Riesling. The acid remains crisp and clean and the flavour is controlled and long.
