Sorby Adams Shiraz 2021

Dark magenta in colour, this is a classic Barossa Shiraz. A bold, full-flavoured red with no edges that is soft and seductive. Flavours of chocolate, blackberries, mocha, coffee beans and cassis underpinned by fine, satiny tannins and a flick of acidity. Good balance and impressive length, so as enjoyable as it is at the moment, it will be even better in six to eight years.
